United Strength First Day Debut on the Main Board of SEHK

United Strength Power Holdings Limited (stock code: 2337.HK), a leading vehicle compressed natural gas (CNG) refuelling station operator in Jilin Province, the PRC, was successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the dealing of its share commenced trading today.

 

Shares were actively traded on the first trading day with excellent performance. Its share price closed at HK$3.04 with an intra-day high of HK$3.12 per share, representing an increase of HK$0.36 or 13.43% compared with the offer price of HK$2.68. A total of approximately 32.4 million shares were traded, with an aggregate turnover of approximately HK$92.2 million.

United Strength Power Holdings Limited (stock code: 2337.HK) is a leading vehicle CNG refuelling station operator in Jilin Province, the PRC. The Company ranked second in Jilin Province’s CNG refuelling station market in terms of CNG sales volume in 2016. United Strength offers three vehicle gas products, namely compressed natural gas (CNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at 25 refuelling stations, which can be categorised into (i) self-owned refuelling stations; (ii) jointly-owned refuelling stations; and (iii) entrusted refuelling stations, in Northeast China. The Company primarily sells CNG at their refuelling stations to end-customers who are drivers of public transportation vehicles, such as buses, taxis, long-distance transportation trucks and private vehicle owners.
